Coordinating Marine Service and Repairs Flawlessly

I wanted to commend your company for the service I received at Jarrett Bay from WBD. I had to have major repairs recently on my 52′ motoryacht – “Outside the Lines”. Pollyanna Scott was a joy. Not only was she extremely personable but she managed a complex process very efficiently. There was me, a third party service organization, an insurance company and an independent surveyor involved and she stayed on top of the process.

When it was time to relaunch she marshaled the troops to get me launched before I was delayed the whole weekend as I was moving the boat to DC. Waiting til Monday would have cost a significant amount for rental cars and hotels. Thanks again Pollyanna!
